CBTN thrives through collaboration. Whether you’re a returning investigator, new to the network, or exploring how to get involved, this page is your central resource for current opportunities.
Working Groups
CBTN working groups bring together researchers with shared interests to accelerate discovery through regular, focused collaboration. These investigator-led groups create space to analyze data, share insights, and coordinate publications.
Proteomics
CBTN, in partnership with the Gabriella Miller Kids First DRC, hosts disease-specific working groups to collaboratively analyze the X01 proteomic dataset (~400 cases). Each group meets monthly, with quarterly cross-group meetings to align efforts and share findings across pediatric brain cancer subtypes.
